I coach because I love seeing clients shift their mindsets and achieve their wildest dreams.

My technique involves asking powerful questions that help you find the answers that were inside of you all along. I’ve studied active listening in ways that help people feel heard. When you feel heard, it’s easier to reach your goals in a life-changing way.

My ideal client is someone who feels lost and also feels ready for change. As a librarian, it was my job to discover options and figure out a path forward for my clients. I love taking information and turning it into knowledge. With that knowledge, the client and I can build a path forward.
